The Roussillon olive has a history, the one that it was given by Henri Lacassagne, in the heart of a splendid olive grove, surrounded by the vineyards of the domain on the slopes of Salses-le-Château, in Catalonia, and which is carried on today by his grandson, Edouard Raymond. Respecting the most pure of traditions, the olives are grown with the same attention as that accorded to the vineyard. This olive can be enjoyed with the aperitif, after processing, or as extra virgin oil, with its reknown for its gustative, energetic and dietetic qualities. | ||||
